Description
This helmet is based on some finds from Koblenz (Germany). In the Koblenz type, features of both Intercisa type ridge helmets (skull made in two pieces) and Berkasovo, Deurne and Burgh Castle typologies (nasal guard and large cheekpieces).
This helmet also shows two unique features: cheeckpieces attached to the skull by the mean of thongs and buckles, and holed plates to defend ears.
