Description
This Dark Ages Viking Shield is constructed from painted wood; the central steel shield boss is of 16 gauge steel. The front edge of the shield is rimmed with lapping plates of riveted steel. The reverse of the shield is blackened and the wooden central bar grip is riveted to the shield.
